jlll's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their jlll account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The jlll Platform and all games thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by Philippine consumer protection law.
jlll collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits jlll's right to seek urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
